We're back .. if you enjoy swimming in scary cold water then the Vampire Swim is for you!!

 

Taking place on October Bank Holiday Monday, the idea is to turn up in fancy dress and then jump in for a bracing swim in the sea .. maybe not in the costuume!!

BBE is an Emergency Medical Transport Service, run and operated entirely by volunteers, providing an out of hours service in the Greater Dublin Area. As a registered charity we have grown every year since we were founded in 2012, especially during the Covid pandemic where we, in partnership with the other Blood Bike groups around the country, provided front line assistance to the HSE. We operate 365 days of the year on a shift-based system that allows us to cover 7pm – 6am Monday to Friday and a 24-hour basis at the weekend from 7pm on Friday night until 6am Monday morning. We coordinate linkups with our colleagues in the other Blood Bike groups to enable efficient transfers across the country.
